I am stuck on a level.
Undo and restart are always free. If the current print order can no longer reach the target, the game tells you so for free and suggests undoing. Every level is checked by a computer solver before release; a hint (it costs one joker) picks the next stencil and lines it up. See the strategies on the How to play page too.
How do jokers work?
A hint costs one joker. You start with 3 and get one free joker as a daily gift (tops up to 5). You can also watch an optional rewarded ad for +1 joker (up to 10 a day). Undo, restart and dead-end advice are free.
How do I restore the ad-free version on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple/Google account and tap Settings → Restore purchases. Note: level progress is stored on the device and does not move with the purchase.
I printed white over a colour and the colour disappeared.
That is by design: white ink is opaque and covers what is under it. For a pastel colour, print the white first and the colour after. If you printed in the wrong order, undo.
I watched an ad but got no reward.
Rewards are granted when the ad is watched to the end. Ads closed early do not grant a reward. If the problem persists, contact us.
