Printwise

Printwise Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the ink stencil puzzle game offered as "Printwise" (the "Game") handles your personal data. The Game is currently available on iOS and will also be released on Android (bundle ID: com.dagcannural.droply).

In short: the Game has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number. Your game progress stays on your own device. We use Google AdMob to show ads and our own server to verify the "Remove all ads" purchase. Details are below.

Who is responsible and how to contact us

The person responsible for your personal data (the "controller" under the GDPR and the "data controller" under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, "KVKK") is the developer, Dagcan Nural, an individual based in Türkiye.

For any privacy question or request: dagcannural7@gmail.com

What we collect and what we do not

What we do not collect: We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, username or password. The Game has no account creation or sign-in. We never see your payment card details. Version 1.0 does not use Firebase or any other analytics (usage statistics) service.

Information that stays on your device: Your level progress, settings and similar game data are stored only in your device's local storage and are not sent to us. Deleting the Game removes this data from your device.

Installation ID: The Game creates a random "installation ID" on your device. It is not derived from your name, phone number or hardware identifiers. It is sent to our server only when a purchase is verified.

Advertising data: Ads are served by Google AdMob. Google's advertising software may process the data described in the "Advertising" section below.

Purchase verification data: When you buy or restore "Remove all ads", the data described in the "In-app purchase" section below is sent to our server.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep the Game free, we show ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Some ads are watched at your choice in exchange for in-game rewards such as hints.

To serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and improve its service, Google AdMob may process: device and advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address (city or country level), your interactions with ads (for example, ad impressions and clicks) and diagnostic data about how the app is performing.

App Tracking Transparency on iOS: On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown before your advertising identifier (IDFA) can be used. The IDFA is used only if you allow it. If you do not allow it, the Game still works and ads may be shown to you without personalization. You can change this at any time on your iPhone under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Consent form in Europe and other regions: In the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other regions where the law requires it, a consent form is shown through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). There you make your choices about personalized ads and storing information on your device.

Changing your choice: You can change your ad consent choice at any time using "Privacy preferences" in the Game's settings.

Ad content: Ads shown in the Game are limited to the "T" (teen) content rating.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Google's page on how it uses information from apps that use its services (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

In-app purchase ("Remove all ads")

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store (and Google Play on Android). We do not see or store your card or payment details.

To confirm that your purchase is genuine and to unlock ad removal, the following is sent to our server: store transaction details (transaction ID, the product purchased and the receipt signed by the store) and the Game's random installation ID.

Our server runs on Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Firestore). The full receipt is not stored; only an irreversible digest (hash) of the receipt is stored together with the purchase record. This record is used to verify your purchase, prevent misuse of the same purchase and let you restore your purchase.

Why we process your data and our legal bases

Purchase verification data is necessary to perform our agreement with you (removing ads). It is also based on our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and on legal record-keeping obligations.

Personalized ads and use of the IDFA are based on your consent (your ATT permission and/or your choice in the consent form). You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Showing non-personalized ads and limited processing for ad security and diagnostics are based on our legitimate interest in offering the Game for free. In Europe and other relevant regions, storing or accessing information on your device depends on your choice in the consent form, to the extent required by law.

Who we share data with

Google (AdMob and UMP): for serving ads and managing consent. Google processes this data under its own policy.

Google Cloud: hosts our purchase verification server and processes data on our behalf and on our instructions.

Apple and Google Play: process your purchase and help us confirm that the transaction is valid.

Other than this, we do not sell, rent or share your data with other third parties. Data may be disclosed to competent public authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Our server is located in Google Cloud's europe-west1 (Belgium) region in Europe. However, because of Google's global infrastructure, data may be transferred to or accessed from other countries, including the United States. Advertising data processed by Google AdMob may also be processed on Google's servers worldwide, including in the United States.

These transfers are made in line with the transfer safeguards provided for in Article 9 of the KVKK and in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

Purchase verification records are kept for as long as your purchase remains valid and afterwards for the period required by law; they are then deleted or anonymized.

Retention of advertising data processed by Google AdMob is governed by Google's policies.

Game data on your device stays there until you delete the Game.

Children

The Game is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under a higher age where the law of your country sets one). If you believe a child's data has been processed, please write to dagcannural7@gmail.com and we will delete the relevant record.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time. If you are in Türkiye, you also have the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK, including the right to learn whether your data is processed, to learn the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

How to make a request: Send your request by email to dagcannural7@gmail.com. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest. Because there are no accounts, we may not be able to identify you; to find your purchase record, we may ask you for information that helps us match it, such as your purchase transaction details. Please do not send us ID numbers or passwords.

Deletion requests: When you ask for deletion, we delete the purchase record that matches your installation ID. Restoring your "Remove all ads" purchase may be affected as a result. For advertising data, you can also use the controls offered by Google.

Complaints: If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu). If you are in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.

Security

Purchase verification data is sent to our server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only a digest of the receipt, not the full receipt, is stored on the server, and access to the data is restricted. No system is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

If we add a new feature or service to the Game (for example, an analytics tool), we will update this policy beforehand. We will publish the current policy on this page with its effective date and will also announce significant changes in the Game or on its store page.
